About 2023 Ford Edge
The Edge ST features a powerful V6 engine with a specially tuned 2.7-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost engine that pumps out 335 horsepower and 380 lb.-ft. of torque. The Edge ST is outfitted for dynamic handling with a quick-shifting 8-speed automatic transmission, standard all-wheel drive with selectable traction control, an available ST Performance Brake Package, and ST-tuned sport suspension and steering systems. Ford's quickest-ever ST model is capable of accelerating 0-60 mph in under 6 seconds.
An Intelligent AWD uses sensors to constantly monitor traction and balance torque between the front and rear wheels to enhance handling and maximize traction. Ford's adaptive steering dynamically adjusts how much the vehicle responds to the driver's steering wheel input, making it easier for drivers to maneuver a vehicle at low speeds, while also making the vehicle more fun to drive and agile at high speeds. With adaptive steering, the ratio continually changes with vehicle speed, optimizing the steering response in all conditions.
Smart technology is available on Edge to improve efficiency. Auto Start-Stop can improve fuel economy by turning off the engine when it is not needed, such as when the vehicle is stopped at a traffic light.
